Service Description
Our 2025 Winter Break Half Day Camp runs 9am-1pm and is for ages 6-12. Camp includes materials for completing various science experiments and projects. Dates are 12/22, 12/23, and 12/29-1/2 Daily rate of $45 or $250 for all 7 sessions with our all sessions package. Lunch not included. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase. If you need before or aftercare, please call us at 405-288-1616 to inquire about availability. Registration is on a first come first served basis. If you have any issues with registration, please call us. We aim to serve!

Cancellation Policy
Attendance & Missed Classes Attendance: Consistent attendance is essential for student progress. Missed Sessions: We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, but make-up options may be offered if space allows. Cancellations: If Oddball Academy must cancel a class (e.g., due to weather or instructor illness), a makeup session will be offered or a credit applied to your account. Refund Policy Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 7 days before the first class in a session. After this time, payments are non-refundable, but may be credited toward future programming on a case-by-case basis. Monthly memberships may be canceled prior to renewal. No partial refunds for unused time will be given.
